Honest fee

  • Launch period: free. No fee on any tenant or guest while we grow the marketplace.
  • After that: 10% of the first month's rent, once, only for tenants who come through SiapPergi.
  • We announce any change at least 30 days in advance. Customers you find yourself never pay us anything.
  • Both sides stay honest: we record who we send you, and you report stays from SiapPergi and transfer the fee after the stay.

Kos listing — FAQ

Is listing my kos really free?

Yes. During the launch period there is no fee at all. Later the standard fee is 10%, charged only on tenants or guests who come through SiapPergi; we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.

How would the 10% work for a kos?

10% of the first month's rent, once, only for a tenant who found you through SiapPergi. Tenants you find yourself: no fee.

Which cities can join?

Every city and regency in Indonesia.

What photos can I use?

Only real, recent photos of your own property. Copied photos, fake prices or fake reviews are removed.

How do people pay?

For now tenants and guests pay you directly as you agree with them. SiapPergi does not take payments yet.
