SiapPergi (siappergi.com) is a travel marketplace that connects travellers with local partners and runs its own scooter & car rental. SiapPergi is a business of lyxvo.app (its parent company). SiapPergi does not process online payments yet. By using this site you agree to the terms below.

Activities, tours & guides

• A booking on SiapPergi is a request to the partner. It is confirmed once the partner confirms availability.
• Prices shown are starting prices or estimates; the final price is confirmed by the partner before the activity. You pay the partner directly as agreed.
• Cancellation follows the policy shown on each activity. The activity is provided by the partner, who is responsible for its safety and quality.

Scooter & car rental

• Catalogue prices are fixed per day, week or month. You pay in cash or by transfer when the vehicle is delivered; no online deposit.
• Renters must hold a valid licence for the vehicle (foreign visitors: home licence + International Driving Permit), show an ID or passport at handover and follow Indonesian traffic law. Fuel is not included.
• The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental, including fines, loss and damage caused by misuse.

Transport tickets

• Bus, ferry and fast boat tickets are booked and paid on the site of our official third-party ticketing partner. The contract of carriage is between you, the operator and that partner.
• Prices, tickets, changes and refunds follow the partner's and operator's terms shown before you pay. Schedules on SiapPergi are guides and may change.

SiapStay & SiapMarket

• SiapPergi connects guests with hosts and buyers with sellers. Payment and handover happen directly between users; SiapPergi is not a party to the transaction.
• Never pay before a booking is confirmed, and report suspicious requests to us on WhatsApp.

Accounts, listings & reviews

• Keep your account details accurate and your password secret. One person, one account.
• Partners and hosts may only use real photos and true information. Listings are reviewed before they go live and may be removed if they break the rules or the law.
• Reviews must describe your own experience. Paid, fake or copied reviews are removed.
• The blue check (verified account) is given free of charge after our team checks the account holder's ID. It confirms identity, not the quality of a service.

Intellectual property

• The SiapPergi name and logo, page design, code, text and data compilations belong to SiapPergi and/or its partners and are protected by Indonesian law (Law No. 28/2014 on Copyright, Law No. 20/2016 on Trademarks).
• Copying, republishing or automated scraping of the site or its API without written permission is prohibited, except by general search engines.

Image licence

• Guide images (3D renders made in Blender, infographics) and catalogue photos are original works © SiapPergi (siappergi.com). Destination photos are from Unsplash under its free licence.
• To use a SiapPergi image elsewhere, ask for written permission; once approved, credit “SiapPergi (siappergi.com)” and link to the page where the image appears.

This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version prevails.
