Privacy policy

We only collect the data needed to run the site and the services you use. We do not sell personal data.

• Account: name, email and WhatsApp number when you sign up, kept so you can log in (secure session cookie) and see your bookings, listings and reviews.
• Bookings: the date, participants, your name and contact details are shared with the partner you book, only to arrange your booking. Rental orders are handled by our team.
• Identity checks: partners and account holders who ask for the blue check send ID documents on WhatsApp; they are used only to verify identity and are not published.
• SiapStay & SiapMarket: listings and requests you send are shared with the host, guest, buyer or seller concerned.
• Tickets: booked on the site of our official third-party ticketing partner — data entered there is processed under that partner's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp: messages are only used to answer and arrange your request.
• Your browser: your wishlist, display currency and last booking code are stored on your device and can be cleared at any time.
• Hosting: the site runs on Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and anonymous statistics.

Your rights

You can update your name and WhatsApp in your account, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
