How it works

    Sign in with your email. No fee to sign up.

  2. 2Add your property

    Type (hotel, villa, guest house, homestay, room), area, nightly price, rooms, facilities, house rules and real photos.

  3. 3Receive booking requests

    Guests choose dates and send a request; you confirm and agree on payment with them.

Honest fee

  • Launch period: free. No fee on any tenant or guest while we grow the marketplace.
  • After that: 10% of the booking value, only for guests who come through SiapPergi.
  • We announce any change at least 30 days in advance. Customers you find yourself never pay us anything.
  • Both sides stay honest: we record who we send you, and you report stays from SiapPergi and transfer the fee after the stay.

Hotel & villa listing — FAQ

Is listing my property really free?

Yes. During the launch period there is no fee at all. Later the standard fee is 10%, charged only on tenants or guests who come through SiapPergi; we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.

How would the 10% work for a hotel or villa?

10% of the booking value, only for guests who booked through SiapPergi, transferred after the stay. Guests you find yourself: no fee.

Which cities can join?

Every city and regency in Indonesia.

What photos can I use?

Only real, recent photos of your own property. Copied photos, fake prices or fake reviews are removed.

How do people pay?

For now tenants and guests pay you directly as you agree with them. SiapPergi does not take payments yet.
