How do I book a villa or room on SiapStay?

Choose a location and dates, open a listing, pick your dates on the calendar and tap “Send booking request”. The host accepts or declines; you see the status in My trips and can message the host on WhatsApp.

Do I pay through SiapPergi?

Not yet. You pay the host directly as agreed, after the host confirms your booking. Don't transfer money before the booking is confirmed on SiapPergi.

Are the dates on the calendar guaranteed?

Booked and blocked nights are closed on the calendar. Every request still needs the host's confirmation — if the dates turn out to be full, the request is declined and you can choose another place.

How do I list my property?

Create a free SiapPergi account, open Become a host and fill in the type, location, capacity, nightly price and at least 3 real photos. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live.

Can I cancel?

Guests can cancel a request or booking before check-in from My trips. Any deposit or refund follows your agreement with the host.
