Who Can Become a Rental Partner?

SiapPergi opens registration to rental business owners, private vehicle owners, drivers, guides and activity providers from any city in Indonesia, including Bali, Yogyakarta, Central Java and other regions. Registration is free. All you need is your ID card (KTP), your vehicle documents and real photos of your vehicle.

Documents You Need to Prepare

• KTP of the owner or person in charge of the business.
• A valid STNK (vehicle registration certificate) in the correct name.
• Official number plates fitted to the vehicle.
• Active contact details, especially a WhatsApp number, because our team contacts you there.

Vehicle Photo Guide

Photos are the part that most often decides how smoothly verification goes. Take them in good daylight, without filters, with the vehicle clean.

Photo checklist

1. Front view, the whole vehicle visible with the number plate.
2. Rear view, including the rear lights and number plate.
3. Left and right side views, showing the condition of the body.
4. Dashboard and odometer, showing the vehicle condition and mileage.
5. Tyre and brake condition, as proof the vehicle is roadworthy.
6. Original STNK, clearly readable, with the police number and owner name.

Photos must be genuine and match the vehicle's current condition. Photos downloaded from the internet will not be accepted.

Step-by-Step Registration

1. Prepare your KTP, STNK and six to eight vehicle photos following the checklist above.
2. Open the partner sign-up page and fill in your business or personal details.
3. Upload your documents and photos. Make sure every file is clearly readable.
4. Submit your registration. Our team verifies your details, usually via WhatsApp.
5. Once approved, your vehicle starts appearing in the catalogue.

• Use one account for all your vehicles so the data stays organised.
• Make sure the name on the STNK matches the name on your KTP or your account.
• If your vehicle is a car with driver, state your route and service area clearly.
