Bali Scooter Rental Daily, Weekly, Monthly | SiapPergi

Bali scooter rental is the most practical way to explore the island at your own pace, from the beaches of Canggu to the rice terraces of Ubud and the volcanic views around Kintamani. At SiapPergi you can book a scooter in Bali for a single day, a week or a full month at fixed catalogue prices, delivered straight to your hotel, villa, home or Ngurah Rai Airport.

Choosing a rental period: daily, weekly or monthly

Not every trip needs the same length of rental. A two-day visit to Ubud has different needs from a month in Canggu while you work remotely. SiapPergi calculates the price for your length of stay automatically, and the cheapest mix of daily, weekly and monthly rates is worked out for the dates you choose, so you do not have to do the arithmetic yourself.

PeriodExample price (Honda BeAT)
Daily (24 hours)From Rp70.000 per day (BeAT Rp80.000/day)
WeeklyFrom Rp395.000
MonthlyFrom Rp910.000

The minimum rental is 2 days. For long holidays or extended stays, weekly or monthly rates are usually cheaper than booking day by day. If you are not yet sure how long you will stay, send your estimated dates to the team on WhatsApp and they can help you find the most suitable option.

Example prices per model

The right scooter depends on how far you plan to ride and whether you will carry luggage. These are some of the models available, with their daily prices:

  • Honda BeAT (Gen 4–5): Rp80.000/day, a light and fuel-efficient choice for getting around town.
  • Honda Scoopy (Gen 4): Rp90.000/day, a comfortable step-through option.
  • Honda Vario 125: Rp100.000/day, more relaxed for longer rides.
  • Yamaha NMAX 155 (Gen 2) and Honda PCX 160 (Gen 2): Rp150.000/day, with more power for hilly routes such as the roads up to Kintamani.
  • Yamaha XMAX 250 (Gen 2): Rp310.000/day, the most powerful model in this list.

All prices are in Rupiah and are fixed catalogue prices. Every scooter includes 2 helmets. Extras can be added when booking: a phone holder (Rp15.000), sunglasses (2 pieces, Rp15.000), helmet hair caps (2 pieces, Rp15.000), or raincoats (2 pieces, Rp25.000; or 1 piece, Rp15.000). Bali's wet season can bring sudden downpours, so raincoats are worth considering in those months.

How to rent, step by step

The process is kept simple because there is no deposit and no payment upfront:

  1. Set your dates and location. Note the address of your hotel or villa, or your arrival terminal at Ngurah Rai Airport.
  2. Choose a model and contact the team. Message WhatsApp +6281808001102 (open every day 07.00–23.00 WITA) in English or Indonesian, or use the model pages on the site to start a booking.
  3. Wait for confirmation. The team confirms scooter availability and the delivery time with you.
  4. Handover on site. When the scooter arrives, show your driving licence together with your passport or ID card. SiapPergi does not hold your passport or ID at any point.
  5. Pay when the scooter arrives. Payment is in Rupiah, by cash, bank transfer or e-wallet.

With this order, you never need to transfer money before the vehicle is actually in front of you.

Requirements to prepare before you travel

  • Scooter: a motorcycle licence. Foreign visitors need their home-country licence together with an International Driving Permit (IDP) that includes the motorcycle category. The minimum age is 17.
  • Identity: your passport or ID card, which you show at handover.

Rules on driving licences and IDPs are set by the Indonesian government and the police, and they can change. Before you travel, check the latest requirements on the official website of your government or your nearest Indonesian embassy or consulate, and keep your documents with you while riding.

Matching the period to your plans

A few practical scenarios can help you decide:

  • For 2 to 6 days, daily rental is usually the most flexible, since you can change your plans each morning.
  • For 7 days or more, compare the total cost with the weekly rate before you book.
  • For a month or longer, the monthly rate is often the lowest cost per day.
  • If you plan to visit Nusa Penida, the Gili Islands or Lombok, remember that fast boats do not carry scooters. Rent another scooter at your destination instead.
