Privacy policy

We only collect the data needed to run the site and the services you use.

• Account: name, email and phone number when you sign up, stored to let you sign in (via a secure session cookie) and manage your listings or bookings.
• Stays & Marketplace: the listings and booking requests you submit, shared with the host, guest, buyer or seller concerned.
• Tickets: booked on 12Go's site — the data you enter there is processed under 12Go's privacy policy, not stored by SiapPergi.
• WhatsApp: rental and support chats are handled in WhatsApp; we only use your messages to answer and arrange your request.
• Location: "near me" features use your device location or an approximate location from your IP address only to calculate distances; it is not stored. Your IP country is also used to pick the default language.
• Your browser: preferences such as your language choice are stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time by deleting the site's data.
• Hosting: the site is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and anonymous visit statistics.
• We do not sell personal data. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting customer service.
