SiapPergi's role

• SiapPergi provides a place to advertise and reviews every listing before it goes live.
• SiapPergi does not process payments, does not hold goods, and is not a party to any sale or rental between users.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, ownership of the item and the validity of its papers.

What may not be listed

• Vehicles without valid papers (BPKB/STNK), stolen vehicles, or forged documents
• Narcotics, prescription-only drugs, alcohol, e-cigarettes and other illegal goods
• Weapons, explosives and hazardous goods
• Protected wildlife and products made from protected wildlife
• Illegal services, prostitution, gambling, or deceptive listings
• Repeated listings (spam), listings unrelated to vehicles/travel, or listings containing other people's personal data

Listings that break the rules will be rejected or removed, and the account may be deactivated.

Safety tips for buyers & renters

1. Meet the seller in a busy public place, in daylight, and bring a friend if you can.
2. Inspect the item and match the papers: the name on the BPKB/STNK matches the seller's ID card (KTP), and the chassis & engine numbers match.
3. Don't transfer a deposit before seeing the item. Be wary of prices far below market and sellers who rush you.
4. For rentals, ask for a written agreement: rate, deposit, late fees and liability for damage.
5. Report suspicious listings with the Report button on the listing page.

Tips to sell faster

• Upload bright, real photos from several angles; the first photo becomes the cover.
• Write a specific title (brand, model, year) and an honest description, including any flaws.
• Set a fair price and reply to buyers quickly. Mark the listing as sold once it's gone.
