How do I book a villa or room on SiapPergi Stays?
Choose a location and dates, open a listing, then tap Send booking request. The host accepts or declines your request; the status appears on the My Trips page, and you can contact the host directly on WhatsApp.
Do I pay through SiapPergi?
Not yet. For now you pay the host directly, as agreed, after your booking is confirmed. Do not pay before the host has confirmed your booking on SiapPergi.
Are the dates shown guaranteed to be available?
The calendar closes dates that are already booked or blocked by the host. Every request still needs the host's confirmation; if the dates turn out to be full, the request is declined and you can choose another place.
How do I list my property?
Sign in to your SiapPergi account, open Become a host, and fill in the type, location, capacity, nightly price and at least 3 photos. Listings are reviewed by our admin before going live; then you can manage the calendar and answer requests from your dashboard.
Can I cancel a booking?
Guests can cancel a request or booking before the check-in date from the My Trips page. Any deposit or refund terms follow your agreement with the host.
